Netley Care Homes

Where people matter most

Netley Homes brings together people with many years of specialist experience in nursing, residential care and in caring for people with dementia, to provide a happy, supportive and fulfilling environment for older people. We are all about people. Our residents, their families and friends, our staff, funding partners, local suppliers and volunteers all collectively make Netley Homes what it is: a group of homes with a common aim for people from all walks of life to come together to help create a safe, loving and homely environment where all can flourish.

Throughout life, it is often what we do that defines who we are. Our careers, interests and hobbies, whatever they may be, all go towards creating a sense of purpose, belonging and achievement and in so doing improve our quality of life. It is our ethos to include and encourage all of our residents to participate, to the best of their ability, in daily activities, helping maintain a sense of purpose and improve levels of health and wellbeing.

Choosing a care home is a difficult decision, if you think that you or a loved one might need a care home in the future it makes sense to look around at your options sooner rather than waiting until a crisis, like a fall or illness to make you rush your decision. The right home should feel ‘right’, welcoming and friendly as well as provide the level of care you require. It’s a good idea to prepare a few questions or a checklist of things you need to know so that you can feel confident that you have all the information you need. Our care home check list will be a good starting point.
